Koch Chemie Pol Star textile, leather and alcantara cleaner is an effective, pH-neutral formula designed for textiles, leather and alcantara surfaces such as upholstery and carpets. Its protective conditioning formula lifts dirt deep from the fibres using fine-pored foam lamellas, then lifts away easily with a wet/dry vacuum or a damp cloth — with no water marks left behind and the material’s original waterproofing fully preserved.
Regular use with Pol Star also helps keep treated surfaces cleaner for longer, thanks to the built-in conditioner that reduces how quickly dirt reattaches to fibres.
How to Use Pol Star Textile & Leather Cleaner
Depending on the level of dirt buildup, dilute Pol Star at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:20 using a spray bottle, microfibre mitt or similar applicator, and allow it to sit briefly. Work the product into the fibres in the direction of the weave using a sponge or microfibre cloth, then remove residue and foam with a damp cloth or wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
For use in spray extraction machines or other carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment, we recommend adding Kocentschäumer defoaming agent alongside Pol Star to control foam buildup.
