Description
Delta Wood stick is a low density epoxy putty which will not shrink or pull away from wood. It can be used to repair or rebuild wooden items, and when cured it can be drilled, sawn, carved, sanded and painted or stained. Delta Wood stick is a hand kneadable epoxy putty supplied as a two-part concentric stick of contrasting colours; when mixed it sets to a light wood coloured material which can be drilled, sawn, carved, sanded and stained or painted as required.
Basic uses
Use Delta Wood stick to fill nail and screw holes; rebuild gouges and scratches to original contour; repair rotten and worn wood; fill carpenter bee damage; reshape knobs andhandles; level chair and table legs; repair moldings, panel frames, and furniture; sculpt missing detail to restore picture frames and antiques; and much more.
Packaging
Delta Wood stick is supplied in a stick form wrapped in a clear release film. The stick has a nominal 22mm diameter and is available in various lengths. Packaged in a reusable clear plastic tube with a plastic friction top.

Shelf Life
Delta Wood stick should be stored out of direct sunlight in dry frost free conditions of temperatures between 5°C and 20°C. Under such conditions shelf life will be 24 months from the date of manufacture. One year minimum from date of shipment when stored in original, unopened container in a dry area at temperatures below 75°F (24°C).
Application limitations
• Does not adhere to polyethylene, polypropylene, or PTFE.
• Not intended for use in structural applications.
Directions of use
Wear impervious gloves when mixing or handling uncured product. Twist or cut off required amount with gloved fingers, then mix by kneading to a uniform color. Use damp fingers for easier mixing and application. If mixing is difficult, warm to room temperature or slightly above. Apply to the repair surface within 7 – 10 minutes of mixing. Force into any cracks or holes and strike off excess material before hardening begins, preferably with a tool moistened with clean water. For a smooth cured appearance, rub with water or a damp cloth prior to hardening.
